Prior to Infoblox, Brad was the global marketing leader for VMware’s security division, VMware Carbon Black, he reinvented marketing within FinTech market leader, Eze Software (SS&C), and was a key member of Akamai’s Global Sales, Services, and Marketing leadership team for 16 years, serving as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer for 9 years and SVP of Global Partner Sales for 6 years. He has held pre-sales, sales, sales leadership and marketing roles in the technology industry for 28 years.

Chris Usserman

Director, Security Architecture

Chris Usserman is the Director of Security Architecture and a subject matter expert with Infoblox. Chris leverages over 32 years’ experience in the U.S. Intelligence Community to help clients understand and incorporate cyber business intelligence to improve their cyber security posture. With a focus on the U.S. Government and public sector, Chris brings a public/private perspective to enhance the security posture of multiple sectors and communities of interest. Chris regularly speaks at domestic and international conferences on building more effective and mature cyber security programs. Prior to Infoblox, Chris served in several leadership roles, including Senior Director, Applied Intelligence and Director, Government Programs at iSIGHT Partners (FireEye/Mandiant). Chris was also a Lead Research Scientist (Cyber Ops) at Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Technology Laboratories conducting software development, and served 14 years in the U.S. Air Force.

Cricket is one of the world’s leading experts on the Domain Name System (DNS), and serves as the liaison between Infoblox and the DNS community. Before joining Infoblox, he founded an Internet consulting and training company, Acme Byte & Wire, after running the hp.com domain at Hewlett-Packard. Cricket is a prolific speaker and author, having written a number of books including “DNS and BIND,” one of the most widely used references in the field, now in its fifth edition. She also previously held a product and customer marketing role at Magentus, a healthcare technology provider. Caecilie holds an MBA and was named a 2025 finalist in the ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) in the Rising Star category.

Hank Opdam is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Ausgrid, an electricity distribution company that supplies power to almost 1 in 5 Australians across 24,000 square kilometres.​ It is safe to say that this is nationally significant infrastructure given Ausgrid powers 20% of Australia’s GDP, but it also a changing business where everyone can now contribute, store and consume energy from the energy grid.
