Infoblox has taken proactive steps by enabling work-from-home for our employees as part of our robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP). We regularly review and update our plans to ensure the security, availability and resilience of our operations.

Based on our BCP we are prioritizing our customer requests according to their impact and urgency. For non-service impacting requests, there may be some delays but the requests will be addressed with appropriate speed and due diligence.

Over the past year, we have optimized our incident management, knowledge base content and our online search capabilities.
