Kentik Addendum To MCA
This Kentik Addendum (“Addendum”) is incorporated into the master agreement (e.g., Master Customer Agreement) (“MCA”) between Infoblox Inc. (“Infoblox”) and the customer identified in the applicable Order or account (“Customer”). It governs Customer’s subscription to and use of the Kentik Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the MCA.
Customer accepts this Addendum by (i) placing an Order (directly or via an Authorized Reseller) that incorporates or references the MCA, or (ii) accessing or using the Kentik Service. The “Effective Date” is the earliest of those acceptance events. If Customer does not accept, it must not access or use the Kentik Service and must promptly delete any access credentials. If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the MCA, this Addendum controls for the Kentik Service; otherwise, the MCA governs.
1) ACCESS, USE, RESTRICTIONS
Access and Use. During the Subscription Term and subject to the Agreement, Customer and its Affiliates have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Kentik Portal, the data it makes available (“Licensed Data”), and the Kentik Service, in each case solely for their internal business purposes and in accordance with the Documentation and any License Metrics specified in the Order. Licensed Data may be provided by Infoblox or third-party providers as identified in the Documentation, and may be used only with the Kentik Service.
Restrictions. Except as permitted by the Agreement or applicable law, Customer will not, and will not permit others to: (i) resell, sublicense, lease, or time-share the Kentik Portal or Kentik Service, except where bundled into Customer’s own software or services offering on a non-standalone basis and expressly permitted in an Order; (ii) modify, copy, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Kentik Portal or Kentik Service; (iii) use the Kentik Service or any AI Output to build a competing product or service, replicate any ideas, features, functionality, or graphics, or train any AI or machine learning tool; (iv) allow a direct competitor of Infoblox to access the Kentik Service, or use the Kentik Service for third-party product evaluation, benchmarking, or comparative analysis; or (v) use the AI Services in violation of the acceptable use policies of any third-party model providers identified in the Documentation, or conduct prompt injection or other adversarial attacks, or attempt to override or circumvent safety filters. Customer will not upload or transmit to the Kentik Service any protected health information, non-public personal information under GLBA, full payment card data, or other sensitive personal data as defined by applicable law.
AI Output. Customer acknowledges that: (a) AI Output is non-exclusive and may be similar to or the same as output generated for other customers or users of the AI Services; (b) Customer acquires no proprietary or confidentiality rights against Infoblox or other customers based on the similarity of AI Output to output generated for others; (c) use of Customer Data in a Customer Prompt will result in processing of that data by a third party; (d) AI Output may be inaccurate, incorrect, or otherwise undesirable, or may hallucinate or confabulate; (e) Customer is responsible for independently verifying AI Output before relying on it and for determining the suitability of the AI Services for Customer’s use case; (f) each AI Agent Action that Customer authorizes or enables based on AI Output is made at Customer’s direction and under Customer’s control, and Customer is solely responsible for such actions as if Customer had taken them itself; (g) the accuracy, quality, and associated rights with respect to AI Output and AI Agent Actions depend on the quality and context of Customer Data and Customer Prompts, and on Customer’s compliance with the Agreement; and (h) certain features or capabilities of the Kentik Service may be diminished if Customer elects not to use the AI Services.
2) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Kentik Service may enable Customer to integrate or use compatible third-party services, products, technology, models, and content (“Third-Party Services”). Infoblox does not provide Third-Party Services and is not responsible for any compatibility issues, errors, or bugs arising from them. Customer is solely responsible for its use of Third-Party Services and for obtaining all necessary licenses and consents. Third-Party Services are governed by their own terms, including with respect to input and output data. Where Customer integrates its own third-party model, Customer’s ownership of AI Output is subject to Customer’s agreement with that model provider.
3) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Account; Kentik Portal Access. To access and use the Kentik Service, Customer must have a valid Kentik Portal account. The Kentik Portal will prompt Customer to create an account or log in with existing credentials. After an Order, Infoblox will notify Customer at the email address provided with the Order. Customer must keep account information (including email) current, safeguard credentials, and ensure Authorized Users do not bypass security or authorization controls. Customer will promptly notify Infoblox if it knows or reasonably suspects that any account has been compromised.
Affiliates; Authorized Users. Customer is responsible for all activity under its account and for use by its Affiliates and Authorized Users and will ensure their compliance with the Agreement and Infoblox’s Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated herein). All such use counts toward the applicable License Metrics unless an Order expressly states otherwise. If Customer becomes aware of a violation of the Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, or of unauthorized access, it will terminate the affected access and promptly notify Infoblox in writing. Customer’s failure to comply with Section 1 or the Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of the Agreement, and Infoblox may suspend Customer’s access to the Kentik Service until the breach is cured. Where practicable, Infoblox will provide advance notice and an opportunity to cure before suspending access.
Technical and Support Obligations. Infoblox may manage bandwidth or route traffic in a commercially reasonable manner. Customer must maintain internet connectivity and ancillary services, ensure proper configuration and access controls consistent with the Documentation, ensure its equipment and systems are compatible with and configured per the Documentation, use the Kentik Service lawfully under applicable laws, and cooperate promptly with diagnostics and support (including providing relevant logs and configuration information).
4) SUPPORT AND AVAILABILITY
Infoblox will provide Support for the Kentik Service per Exhibit A-1 (Support Terms) and make the Kentik Portal and Kentik Service available per Exhibit A-2 (Service Availability and Service Credits). Infoblox does not guarantee that the Kentik Portal, Kentik Service, or Support will be available at all times. Service Credits are Customer’s only remedy if the Service Availability target is not met. Where Customer subscribes to the Kentik Service under more than one agreement or Order, this Addendum applies to Customer’s entire use of the Kentik Service.
5) DATA SECURITY; KENTIK PORTAL CHANGES
Data Security. Infoblox uses commercially reasonable Technical and Organizational Measures designed to protect Customer Data and may use reputable hosting providers and subprocessors to deliver the Kentik Service. Infoblox and its hosting providers and subprocessors may use, host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit Customer Data as needed to provide and support the Kentik Service, and may process Usage Data as described in the MCA and Privacy Policy. Customer may request deletion of Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Infoblox will not use Customer Data or Customer Prompts to train any generative AI model.
Data Extraction. During the Subscription Term, Customer may access and extract Customer Data through the interfaces and features included in Customer’s Order, as described in the Documentation and subject to any applicable query and rate limits. Infoblox has no obligation to provide bulk historical export of raw telemetry, whether during the Subscription Term or following expiration or termination.
Kentik Portal Changes. The Kentik Portal is provided in a multi-tenant environment. Infoblox may modify the Kentik Portal and the Kentik Service from time to time, provided that modifications do not materially degrade functionality or security unless required by (i) applicable law; (ii) changes imposed by hosting providers or subprocessors; (iii) the loss or termination of a critical third-party provider; or (iv) lack of customer adoption. Any planned discontinuation of the Kentik Portal or Kentik Service is governed by the End-of-Life Policy. Prior versions of the Kentik Portal are not maintained.
6) PRICING
Fees for the Kentik Service are as specified in each Order. Payment obligations set forth in each Order are non-cancelable and, except as expressly provided in the Agreement or agreed in writing, prepaid fees are non-refundable. Customer may purchase additional Licensed Capacity during the Subscription Term; any additional capacity purchased co-terminates with the then-current Order.
Pricing Basis. Fees may be based on any combination of the platform package, the number of Devices and other data sources sending data to the Kentik Service, add-on capacity entitlements, the Data Retention Period, tokens or other consumption units, or such other metrics as are specified in the Order or the Documentation.
Changes to Pricing Model. Infoblox may introduce or change the pricing model applicable to the Kentik Service. Any such change will apply to Customer only if specified in a new or renewal Order, or upon renewal in accordance with the notice requirements of Section 8.
7) LICENSED CAPACITY; OVERAGES
Licensed Capacity. Use of the Kentik Service must not exceed the Licensed Capacity specified in the Order, including any applicable limits on the platform package, the number of Devices and other data sources, add-on capacity entitlements, consumption units, and the Data Retention Period.
Overages; Additional Orders. Infoblox may conduct Quarterly Reviews at its discretion. If a Quarterly Review shows an overage, Infoblox will notify Customer and work with Customer to reduce usage to Licensed Capacity or execute an Order for additional Licensed Capacity. Upon execution, Customer’s entitlements will increase prospectively to the new Licensed Capacity, and any additional capacity purchased under that Order will co-terminate with the original Order.
Remedies. Failure to execute the additional Order within 30 days of Infoblox’s request will incur additional fees, including late-payment interest. Where Customer or an Authorized User attempts to use the Kentik Service in excess of Licensed Capacity, the Kentik Service may generate a notice to Customer and limit data capture unless and until Customer purchases additional entitlements. Continued non-compliance may result in modification of Kentik Service functionality or suspension of Customer’s access to the Kentik Service.
8) SUBSCRIPTION TERM AND RENEWAL
Term. The term for each Kentik Service subscription begins when Infoblox sends access notification or otherwise provides access and ends on the date stated in the notification, matching the Order (“Subscription Term”).
Renewal. Unless otherwise stated in the Documentation, subscriptions do not auto-renew. Infoblox will provide notice before the end of the Subscription Term. If Customer does not place a renewal Order, access terminates on expiration. Infoblox may change fees effective upon renewal with at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice.
9) AGGREGATED DATA; BGP AND AS PATH USE
Infoblox may use Customer Prompts and AI Output in anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated form that cannot reasonably be used to identify Customer or any individual, including to share network alerts, vulnerabilities, and other network issues discovered through its provision of the Kentik Service. Infoblox may also include information about Customer’s autonomous system (“AS”) in its border gateway protocol (“BGP”) monitoring, AS path results, and related visualizations; such data is aggregated across customers and may benefit Customer by making the BGP dataset richer for analysis and troubleshooting.

Exhibit A-1: Support Terms
1) SCOPE
Support for the Kentik Service (“Support”) is available through Infoblox’s helpdesk and customer support portal, which includes user guides and knowledge articles. Support is provided in English and covers product features, troubleshooting and diagnosis, configuration guidance, and Workarounds (when applicable). Infoblox will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Support in a professional, workmanlike manner. Each request (phone or web) receives a unique case number for ongoing correspondence. Infoblox will use reasonable efforts to correct or provide a Workaround for any incident reported by Customer in the current unmodified release of the Kentik Service, in accordance with the tier assigned by Infoblox.
Support Level. The Kentik Service is offered at a single support level. Support entitlements purchased for other Infoblox Products or Services, including Premium and Elite maintenance, do not apply to the Kentik Service.
Support Hours. Support coverage depends on the tier assigned to the request. For requests designated P0 or P1 (Severity 1), Support is available 24×7, including on Infoblox-observed holidays. For all other requests, Support is available 24×5, meaning continuously from 12:00 a.m. Monday through 11:59 p.m. Friday, Eastern Time, excluding Infoblox-observed holidays.
Measurement of Response Targets. Initial response targets are measured in elapsed hours from the time Customer submits a Support request, and run only during the coverage window applicable to the assigned tier. For requests outside the 24×7 tiers, any portion of a target that would fall outside the 24×5 window is suspended and resumes at the start of the next coverage period.
Scope of 24×7 Coverage. 24×7 availability for P0 and P1 (Severity 1) requests means intake, acknowledgment, triage, and escalation of the request. It does not constitute a commitment that engineering or development resources will be engaged, or that any incident will be diagnosed, worked, or resolved, outside the 24×5 window.
Target Response for Support
Infoblox will assign each Support request a tier designation as set out in the table below. Tier definitions reference Primary Functionality Pages and Secondary Functionality Pages as identified in the Documentation.
| Tier | Definition | Initial Response Target | Commitment (Infoblox and Customer) |
|---|---|---|---|
| P0 Emergency | Complete loss of service to multiple Primary Functionality Pages, or the Kentik Portal is completely inaccessible. No reasonable Workaround exists. | 2 hours (24×7) | Necessary resources to resolve the issue or evaluate possible Workarounds. |
| P1 / Sev 1 | Kentik Service down or critically impacted. Primary Functionality Pages completely broken or down with widespread impact, or queries not working on a multi-feature or widespread basis. No reasonable Workaround exists. | 2 hours (24×7) | Necessary resources to resolve the issue or evaluate possible Workarounds. |
| P2 / Sev 2 | Kentik Service operation affected but not down; impact may be high. Primary Functionality Pages impacted with a possible Workaround, or Secondary Functionality Pages impacted with widespread impact and no reasonable Workaround. | 4 hours (24×5) | Resources during the applicable coverage window to resolve the issue or assess Workarounds. |
| P3 / Sev 3 | Moderate to negligible impact to the Kentik Service; little or no business impact. Includes reproducible data quality issues and intermittent issues for which a reasonable Workaround exists. | 12 hours (24×5) | Resources during the applicable coverage window to restore operation to satisfactory levels. |
| P4 / Sev 4 | Requests for information, documentation issues, and cosmetic or interface issues that do not affect data, results, or the ability to use a feature. | 12 hours (24×5) | Request-dependent. |
| Feature Request | Request for a new feature or extended functionality. | 48 hours (24×5) | Request acknowledged and logged. |
Remote Diagnostics. Effective support may require online diagnostics using Infoblox or third-party remote tools. Customer will provide reasonable remote access and may require adherence to Customer-provided security policies for such access.
No Installation. Support does not include implementation planning, installation, or configuration services. These are Professional Services and may be purchased separately.
Authorized Contacts. Customer will designate “Authorized Contacts” to interact with the Infoblox Global Support Center via the support website or telephone. Authorized Contacts receive unique Support portal logins and serve as the primary contacts between Customer and Infoblox. Customer will keep its list of Authorized Contacts current.
Onsite Services. Onsite services are not included in Support and may be purchased separately. Infoblox is not obligated to maintain local service centers or stocking/training locations outside the United States.
2) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Cooperation. Upon request, Customer will provide: (i) a general description of the operating environment; (ii) a list of relevant hardware, operating systems, and networks; (iii) a reproducible test case; and (iv) log, trace, and system files. For P0 and P1 (Severity 1) requests, Customer will provide continuous access to appropriate Customer personnel and to any third-party software or hardware interacting with the Kentik Service during Infoblox’s response; if Customer does not, Infoblox may change the tier designation of the request. Failure to provide needed information may impede diagnosis or resolution and relieves Infoblox of Support obligations to the extent actually impeded.
Limitations. Resolution of every issue is not guaranteed, and the targets above are initial response targets only. If Infoblox determines a defect exists, Infoblox may provide a remedy in the form of a Workaround. Customer must supply sufficient information (e.g., logs, configurations, error messages) to reproduce and resolve incidents. Infoblox has no obligation to provide Support to the extent a problem results from (i) the Kentik Service being altered, damaged, or modified by Customer or its agents; (ii) Customer’s negligence, hardware malfunctions, or other causes beyond Infoblox’s reasonable control; (iii) use of the Kentik Service in breach of the Agreement; or (iv) any failure that cannot be reproduced by Infoblox.
3) TERM
Support begins on the Infoblox purchase order book date (“Book Date”) and continues for the period specified in the contract notification emailed to Customer upon provisioning or renewal.
4) DEFINITIONS
Workaround: A temporary solution to an error implemented by Infoblox (or enabled for customers) that restores functionality in line with the Documentation.
Primary Functionality Pages / Secondary Functionality Pages: The Kentik Service pages and features identified as such in the Documentation.
Exhibit A-2: Service Availability and Service Credits (Kentik Service)
Availability Commitment. Infoblox will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Kentik Service operational and available at a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9% in each calendar month (“Service Availability”). If the Monthly Uptime Percentage falls below the Service Availability target and Customer meets the requirements in this Exhibit, Customer is eligible for the Service Credits shown below. Service Availability calculations exclude Maintenance Downtime and other Exclusions listed below. For clarity, this Availability commitment does not apply to Customer’s equipment, software, network, or other technology.
Service Credits. Where the Monthly Uptime Percentage falls below the Service Availability target, Customer is eligible for a Service Credit as follows:
| Monthly Uptime Percentage | Service Credit |
|---|---|
| At or above 99.9% | None |
| Below 99.9% and at or above 98.0% | 3 days |
| Below 98.0% and at or above 95.0% | 7 days |
| Below 95.0% | 15 days |
Requesting Service Credit. Customer must (i) be current on Kentik Service fees, and (ii) submit a support ticket to Infoblox Support within 10 business days after the outage, including dates and times and a brief description of the unavailability. Infoblox will investigate to confirm whether the Service Availability target was not met and respond within 10 business days after the end of the month of the request. If these requirements are not met, the credit is forfeited. Service Credits in any rolling 12-month period will not exceed 30 calendar days of the Kentik Service. Service Credits are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for Availability failures.
Exclusions. Service Availability calculations exclude: (a) pre-release, alpha, and beta features; (b) Maintenance Downtime; (c) third-party hosting, internet carrier, or general internet issues, including issues arising from public internet backbones, networks, or servers not managed by Infoblox; (d) factors outside Infoblox’s reasonable control, including Force Majeure events, denial-of-service attacks, and internet problems beyond the service demarcation point; (e) actions or inactions of Customer or third parties, including work performed at Customer’s request and untimely responses from Customer in relation to incidents requiring its participation for source identification or resolution; (f) Customer’s or third-party equipment, software, network, or other technology outside Infoblox’s control, other than third-party technology within Infoblox’s direct control; (g) suspensions or terminations permitted by the Agreement; and (h) usage exceeding Licensed Capacity or applicable quotas. Infoblox may reasonably investigate any claim of unavailability before issuing a Service Credit.
Definitions.
“Downtime”: Customer is unable to access the Kentik Service via web browser or API due to a service failure, as confirmed by Infoblox.
“Maintenance Downtime”: Routine maintenance outside normal working hours (Pacific Time) lasting no more than four (4) hours per instance, with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ prior written notice (including email) to Customer’s main technical contact. Emergency maintenance required to apply urgent patches or fixes, or as required by conditions beyond Infoblox’s reasonable control, may occur at any time; Infoblox will use reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least thirty (30) minutes in advance, and such maintenance is excluded from Service Availability calculations.
“Monthly Uptime Percentage”: Total minutes in a calendar month minus minutes of Downtime, divided by total minutes in that month. If Customer’s subscription covers only part of a month, the Kentik Service is deemed available for the portion of the month during which Customer was not subscribed.
“Service Credit”: The number of days credited as specified in the table above.
Last Update: September 2026.
