Chair of Largest IPv6 Task Force Joins Infoblox IPv6 Center of Excellence Technical Advisory Board

Infoblox Inc. today announced that Scott Hogg, well known author of the book, IPv6 Security, and chair of the Rocky Mountain IPv6 Task Force, has joined the Infoblox IPv6 Center of Excellence (CoE) Technical Advisory Board.

The Infoblox IPv6 CoE is designed to meet the growing demand by IT departments worldwide for expert IPv6 tutorials, resources, guidance, training and best practices. As a Technical Advisory Board member, Scott will bring his extensive expertise to IPv6 CoE webinars, videos, and other related materials, and contribute to the IPv6 CoE blog.

“With his years of IPv6 industry involvement, research, and deployment practice, Scott brings a wealth of IPv6 experience to the advisory board,” says Cricket Liu, Vice President and General Manager of the Infoblox IPv6 CoE. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the team and look forward to working closely with him to develop highly informative and instructional resources for the IT community at large.”

In addition to his other roles, Scott is the Director of Technology Solutions for Global Technology Resources, Inc., where he provides network engineering, security consulting and training services to his clients. For the past 10 years, Scott has been working with IPv6 technologies and has given numerous presentations and demonstrations of IPv6 technologies.
