
Leveraging more than 30 years of technical, sales, marketing, and management experience in the technology industry, Robert is responsible for building Infoblox into a highly profitable and valued business. Previously, he held positions at NetScreen Technologies (acquired by Juniper Networks), Sun Microsystems, Fujitsu, and ICL.

Stuart defines the Company's technological vision. Before founding Infoblox in 1999, Stuart held a five-year stint as technical lead for the Laboratory for Advanced Computing/National Center for Data Mining at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he led teams in developing advanced distributed data architectures.

Remo is responsible for managing the finance, IT, operations, and human resources functions at Infoblox. Remo, who was most recently the CFO at NetScreen Technologies Inc., brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and administration to the company. Remo held related positions at Bell Microproducts, Inc., InfoSeek Corp. and Raster Graphics Inc.

Richard directs product development, marketing and vision for Infoblox’s Orchestration business unit. He has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications, networking, and security industries. Richard joined Infoblox from Fortinet. Prior to Fortinet, he held positions at VPNet (acquired by Avaya), Echelon, ROLM, and Bell Laboratories.

Steve drives strategic product direction for Infoblox which includes Business Development, Product Management and Product Marketing. He has held senior positions at Cisco, other public and private companies responsible for growth and innovation in network software products.

Sohail is responsible for driving the engineering of Infoblox’s industry-leading core network services platforms. Sohail has more than 20 years experience in similar roles. Most recently, he led development efforts at Vernier Networks. Prior positions were held at Syndeo Corporation, Junction Inc., Precision Systems, and Grumman Data Systems.

Mark is responsible for managing the worldwide sales and channel organizations at Infoblox. Previously, he was vice president of worldwide sales at NetScreen Technologies (acquired by Juniper). Smith also has held various sales positions at Apptitude Inc., Network Peripherals, Inc. (NPI), Digital Communications Associates and Zenith Data Systems.

Thomas Banahan joined the private equity division and Tenaya Capital in 1999. Previously, he spent twenty years working as an operational manager in the technology industry. Most recently, he was the vice president of business development for Marimba, Inc. (MRBA). Thomas joined Marimba as the 14th employee and was involved in all areas of the company's growth through its successful public offering in April 1999. Prior to Marimba, he was the vice president of worldwide sales for Spyglass, Inc. (SPYG). He joined Spyglass as the 23rd employee and was instrumental in positioning Spyglass as the first Internet company to access the public equity markets in June 1995. During the six years prior to Spyglass, Thomas worked for Comdisco, Inc. (CDO) as a vice president of sales. He started his career in the sales organization at IBM (IBM) where he spent seven years. He currently is a director of Celion Networks, Inc., Composite Software, Inc., Infoblox, Network Telephone Company, Inc., Primarion, Inc. and SevenSpace. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Michael Goguen is a venture capitalist at Sequoia Capital US partner focusing on cleantech, semiconductor and systems investments. He is a Director of ConSentry, Ikanos, Infoblox, LogLogic, MEMX, Navini, Ometric, PayDay One, Sipera and WideRay. Mike was responsible for Sequoia Capital's investments in Ardent, MaxComm, Monterey Networks, Netiverse, and Pipelinks, which were all acquired by Cisco. He was also responsible for investments in Spatial Wireless (ALA), Avanex (AVNX), NetScreen (JNPR), Versatile (acquired by Vitesse), Redback Networks (RBAK), Springbank (acquired by CacheFlow), Yago Systems (acquired by Cabletron), and VitalSigns Software (acquired by International Network Services, Lucent). Before joining Sequoia Capital in 1996, Michael spent 10 years in various engineering, research, and product management roles at DEC, SynOptics and Centillion, and was a director of Engineering at Bay Networks (NT). Michael was also a Technical Chairman of the ATM Forum. Michael has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Frank Marshall is a private investor and consultant tohigh-technology companies. He is a member of the board of directorsof Juniper Networks Inc. (JNPR) and PMC-Sierra Inc (PMCS). Frank isalso a member of the advisory board of Interwest Partners and FocusVentures, and a board member of Pixim Inc. and Metrofi Inc. Beforeits purchase by Juniper, Frank was a founding investor, boardmember, and chairman of the board of directors for NetScreenTechnologies, Inc. Previously, he held positions at CovadCommunications as its CEO and vice chairman. He also has served asvice president, general manager of Cisco System's Core BusinessUnit; and vice president of engineering, responsible for all ofCisco's new product development efforts in both hardware andsoftware. Frank earned a B.S. in electricalengineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in electricalengineering from the University of California, Irvine.

Tom Mendoza joined Network Appliance in 1994 as the head of North American Sales and later served as the company's president from 2000 until 2008. Tom has more than 30 years as a high technology executive and has served on the boards of multiple high tech companies. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is an alumnus of Stanford University's Executive Business Program and is a guest lecturer at both institutions. In September 2000, the University of Notre Dame renamed their business school the Mendoza College of Business based upon an endowment from Tom and his wife, Kathy. Tom often speaks about corporate culture and leadership for organizations all over the world. He has been the keynote speaker for such diverse companies as Oracle, the U.S. Marine Corps and at CIO Executive Summits around the globe.

Dan Phelps joined DTECin 1999 and focuses on networking investments in both the enterpriseand carrier markets. He currently serves on the boards of several DTEC portfolio companies, including Infoblox, Mobilitec, NetNearU, Nexthop Technologies, Personeta, and Rubicon Genomics. He is also responsible for DTEC’s investment in Intellon. Previously, he served on the board of Clarity Technologies, acquired by Cambridge Silicon Radio (LSE:CSR.L). Before joining DTEC, Dan was with the Pritzker Financial Office in Chicago, where his responsibilities focused on principal investments in a variety of industries. Previously, he was a member of the financial services group at Ernst & Young. He graduated with Honors from The Ohio State University with a BSBA and received his MBA. from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
