OUR MISSION

The mission of the Pride and Friends ERG at Infoblox is to promote LGBTQ+ issues, to create awareness, to provide positive representations, and to inspire a sense of belonging for our employees, customers and business partners in the communities in which we work and live. Our goal is to ensure equity and fairness in the workplace for LGBTQ+ people and diversity in all forms. We have a culture which embraces sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression in our diversity efforts. We are a company where everyone can proudly bring their whole selves to work and can fulfill their potential. Provide regular meet ups so LGBTQ+ employees and friends can socialize and network. It is not easy to recognize people who identify as LGBTQ+ or who are avid supporters, so we need to create opportunities for this community to meet.
