Different bloxtools API call for different versions?

Hello All,

We have two IB-550-A units running as standalone in two different locations, i was asked to knock together something to allow our PHP environment to query the PERL API, not having any experience with PERL made this challenging, but nonetheless i got something that worked on the first IB-550-A unit.
