Cricket is one of the world’s leading experts on the Domain Name System (DNS), and serves as the liaison between Infoblox and the DNS community. Before joining Infoblox, he founded an Internet consulting and training company, Acme Byte & Wire, after running the hp.com domain at Hewlett-Packard. Cricket is a prolific speaker and author, having written a number of books including “DNS and BIND,” one of the most widely used references in the field, now in its fifth edition.

Aaron Cook serves as Chief Information Officer for Miller Sports + Entertainment in Utah, leveraging 25 years of cross-industry expertise to lead complex infrastructure modernization and digital innovation initiatives. A proven thought leader across highly demanding environments—from motorsports racing and professional sports (NBA/MiLB/MLS) to large-scale retail and media operations—Aaron specializes in building resilient, high-performance technology platforms. His executive accomplishments include pioneering multiple high-volume Point of Sale (POS) system implementations, enterprise network infrastructure (Wired/Wireless), advanced Virtualization techniques, and strategic Cloud/SaaS integrations. Billy Byers
Senior NOC Engineer, NetCuras
Billy Byers is a Senior Network Engineer with 20 years of industry experience, including tenure at a regional bank, a major government contractor, and currently with NetCuras, a leading managed service provider. Skilled in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex enterprise network environments on a global scale. Extensive expertise working with multiple industry-leading vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet across wireless, firewall, and switching technologies.
