During the panel on \u201cThe Power of Mentoring and Advocacy in Achieving Your Goals,\u201d Scott shared candid reflections on how mentorship shaped his own career\u2014and why advocacy is often the missing piece for many high-potential professionals.<\/p>\n

The conversation highlighted a critical gap: many women have mentors, but far fewer have sponsors actively advocating for them. But advocacy also requires self-advocacy. Leaders can\u2019t support ambitions they don\u2019t know about.<\/p>\n
