At Infoblox, we know that innovation doesn\u2019t happen in a vacuum, it happens when diverse teams come together with a shared purpose. Our presence at AfroTech<\/a><\/strong> and Grace Hopper Celebration<\/a><\/strong> this year was about more than booths and business cards. It was a chance to connect with incredible talent, share who we are and live our values out loud.<\/p>\n

A Culture of Impact in Action<\/h3>\n

Both events gave us the opportunity to bring Infoblox\u2019s refreshed talent message to life\u2014one centered on growth, belonging and collective impact. And it clearly resonated. Across both conferences, over 20 Bloxers took time away from their day jobs to represent our company, our values and our mission to unite networking, security and the cloud. Their energy and authenticity were the heart of our presence. <\/p>\n

These events aren\u2019t just good for brand visibility, they\u2019re critical for building real relationships. We engaged deeply with attendees, listened to their stories and showcased the kind of workplace we\u2019re building together. That authentic connection paid off as we received a record number of resumes and saw strong engagement with our digital presence, including a custom AfroTech landing page<\/a><\/strong> and social media highlights. Even better? Attendees told us our messages and visuals stood out and felt like us. <\/p>\n

Showcasing Our Technical Leadership<\/h3>\n

At Grace Hopper, Krupa Srivatsan, senior director of Cybersecurity Product Marketing, took the stage to lead a session titled Cybersecurity That Saves Lives<\/a><\/strong>. She explored the growing human impact of cybercrime and shared the proactive tools and strategies Infoblox is building to strengthen preemptive digital defense<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a fantastic experience sharing our expertise,\u201d Krupa noted. \u201cSeveral audience members opened up about their own experiences with cyberattacks, and afterward, many were eager to learn more about our work in threat research.\u201d It was a powerful moment that showed how thought leadership can open doors to real conversations and shared learning. <\/p>\n

Looking Ahead<\/h3>\n

We\u2019re closing out the year with strong momentum and we\u2019re not done yet. Our team is heading to Grace Hopper India in Bengaluru, December 2\u20134, to continue growing our global talent network and investing in inclusion.<\/p>\n
