On September 11, the anniversary of a day etched into our collective memory, we at Infoblox chose to transform remembrance into a powerful force for good. For the second consecutive year, we proudly partnered with the 9\/11 Day organization for their National Day of Service, an initiative that unites communities across the country to honor those lost by serving others. This partnership embodies our deeply held belief in being a positive force for change for our people, our communities and the planet. <\/p>\n
This year\u2019s event saw an outpouring of volunteerism from the Infoblox family. Across 13 cities, from Seattle [The Seattle Times<\/strong><\/a>] to the Bay Area [NBC Bay Area<\/strong><\/a>] and Dallas [NBC DFW<\/strong><\/a>], 134 Infoblox volunteers (or \u201cBloxers,\u201d as we affectionately call ourselves) joined thousands of others nationwide. Together, 268 volunteer hours were dedicated to packing meals for local communities, turning a day of solemn reflection into one of unity and service. <\/p>\n The sentiments of this collective effort were captured clearly by Infoblox CEO, Scott Harrell: \u201cAt Infoblox, we believe in living our values through action. Partnering with the 9\/11 Day organization allows us to support our communities in a way that reflects our shared commitment to service and make a meaningful impact, demonstrating what it means to BE Infoblox.\u201d Additionally, Infoblox was proud to donate $40,500 to the 9\/11 Day organization to further enable their vital work in fostering service and remembrance.<\/p>\n The dedication of our Bloxers on the National Day of Service is a powerful testament to our company\u2019s values. These quarterly giving activations, which amplify our commitment to inclusion and community, are more than just events. They\u2019re part of a unique culture where we all thrive.
