Training Type Info
Onsite Training - Private, in-person, instructor-led training generally provided at a customer or partner site. Course materials and virtual lab access are provided. Scheduling is addressed after PO is accepted and booked, and usually requires at least 4 weeks to set-up from the time of request.

Open Enrollment Training - In-person, instructor-led training often scheduled on a regular basis at an Infoblox facility. Course materials and virtual lab access are provided. Registration requests are to be submitted by the students through the Schedule & Registration page via Infoblox.com for customers and via PASS for partners.

Remote Delivery Training - Live, interactive instructor-led training via conference call and an online meeting. It contains the same content, materials, and virtual lab access as the in-person version of the same class. Registration requests are to be submitted by the students through the Schedule & Registration page via Infoblox.com for customers and via PASS for partners.

NIOS Operations Workshop Essential 5.0
The Infoblox NIOS Operations Workshop (NOW) is a one-day instructor-led course for Network Operators that builds a working knowledge of how to operate Infoblox network appliances running NIOS previously configured by a Network Administrator. Forward and reverse mapping zones, network and zone creation, DHCP ranges, fixed addresses will all be covered.
NIOS Configuration Class Essential 5.1
The Infoblox NIOS Configuration Class (NCC) is a comprehensive 3-day instructor-led course.   It builds a working knowledge of how to configure and manage Infoblox network appliances running NIOS. Forward and reverse mapping zones, network and zone creation, DNS Anycast, DHCP ranges, fixed addresses, grid management, system & protocol level monitoring, and system level management will all be covered.
NetMRI Configuration & Administration Class Essential 4.3
The Infoblox NetMRI Configuration & Administration Class (NCAC) is a 2-day instructor-led course.  It builds a working knowledge of how to configure and manage Infoblox network appliances running NetMRI. This class covers SNMP polling, configuration & change management, network policies (the ability to set policies for your network equipment and then run compliance reports), as well as the general configuration and reporting available within the NetMRI product.

A technical overview of how DNS works including table format, queries, domains zones, name servers, with a review of the major record types.
