As a member of the Trusted Computing Group, Infoblox has contributed to the development of a new standard for sharing data across different systems connected to the network, called IF-MAP. The IF-MAP standard is the next generation approach for how connected devices share data across different systems. Infoblox Orchestration Server is the first commercially available offering for IF-MAP. Infoblox Orchestration Server enables very sophisticated interactions among connected devices which aids in discovery, data sharing and control.
Standards Based
Based on the Interface to Metadata Access Points (IF-MAP) standard from the Trusted Computing Group (TCG), the Infoblox Orchestration Server delivers a powerful standards-based method for automating a tremendous range of systems, processes and applications. It can be used to aggregate and distribute metadata to and from a wide range of systems.
Secure
Infoblox Orchestration Server enables a natural integration between network security and physical security. With physical security systems publishing information in the MAP server, users can be tracked across physical zones and their network access and privileges can be managed.
