Is there way to see what users are currently active? This would especially be helpful when applying patches and knowing if anyone is on the unit before I start.

Has anyone succeeded in getting the Test feature in the Notifications List settings to work?
I was adding notification Settings and List to a 3.0 system. After setting up the specifics for email notification, I clicked the Test button. Got the pop-up prompt saying it would have to save the settings (well, ok, but every time even if I don't change anything?...).
Result: no email received at either of two recipients on different mail systems.
