I've downloaded and installed the new snap-ins. I started by first installing the snapinstall tool. After I got it up and running (thanks to a reboot of the appliance), I tried to install bloxLicense and BDK. Neither of the .snap files were recognized as valid snap-ins.
Is there some log or something I can check to find out what's up?

I have to access several NetMRIs via vpn connections - think of it as like a managed service where I look over the NetMRIs from afar. I am finding that the UI is very slow over a vpn. It looks like it is due to the volume of data coming over the connection, because the status line at the bottom of the Firefox page is constantly flickering as it tracks connections. If Netcordia is looking seriously at NetMRI to be deployed in a MSP environment, this will need to be addressed because it isn't really usable with the current level of performance.
This is the bloxTools Development Kit (BDK). It includes a collection ofreusable widgets, pre-built “operator” screens, and a working example of a DNS workflow snapin called bloxConsole.
