Can any help with this topic or has anyone had the same issue I am facing. I have been working with these products since they were released before info blox and never had this problem before.
I have managed 2 pairs of Juniper SRX 650 on 2 independent instances. The code on the Netmri's are 6.2.1.53. The netmri's can confirm that it is able to log into the devices and walk the mib and gather all the requirements. It is telling me that the configs have been retrieved but are not present. The device support section and Discovery Diagnostics are saying the same as below. The thing that I have noticed is that is is saying that it is not supported but Available. Is there a patch that is required for this platform or am I missing something.
Any help with this would be greatly received.
