Kindly, Do you know how to get NIOS version for IB-1852-A Appliance. Also How I can get the sopport buldle ?.
What are the options. Via Gui or CLI ?

I there,
you can use the gui and the cli for retrieving the version.
gui:
when you login, you should see the version in the title bar or under the upgrade section
cli:
just type "show version"

And you can get the support bundle via the GUI (NIOS version 5 and higher):
- SYSTEM (GRID)
- Choose/select the applicable node
- On the Toolbar on the right pull-down Download and select Support Bundle
