The LBM is a new feature with release 6.5.

Chuq is correct. The LBM (Load Balancer Manager) feature is part of NIOS 6.5. It will require a specific license to unlock the feature. Permanent licenses can be purchased via your sales representative. For a trial you can enable a temporary license using "set temp_license" on the CLI.
