Configuring Cisco CallManager 4.x to work with NetMRI. NetMRI will typically be able to access versions of Cisco CallManager prior to version 4 without any change. Beginning with version 4, the authentication method for accessing the CallManager database changed to Windows Only. With that change NetMRI cannot automatically access the CallManager database without creating a user in the SQL Server database that NetMRI can use to collect the CDRs from the CallManager.
